Fee Schedule Letter For Clients
In the event you decide to do business with us, we will require that you execute the following fee schedule letter which spells out the terms of our doing business with you. We have included a sample letter here for your information. Please call us with any questions about our fee schedule. After we have talked and worked out the details of our individual arrangement with each other, an original of the following will be sent to you for your signature.
By signing this agreement you agree to pay PolySearch according to the following schedule of fees and terms, for any candidate referred to you by us who is subsequently hired by you during a one (1) year period immediately following our referral. If our referral results in your interviewing a candidate, this agreement extends to any hiring activity with respect to that candidate for a two (2) year period.
PolySearch agrees that it will submit only qualified candidates for current position openings. We will not overwhelm you with unqualified candidate resumes.
All of the candidates we present for your consideration are seeking positions through our services. Their identities and the fact that they are seeking employment is proprietary and confidential information. In order to protect the privacy and integrity of our candidates' job search, you are requested not to disclose or disseminate to any third party the resume or any other information about the candidate. Any referral of one of our candidates to an outside third party which results in that third party's hiring of our candidate, will make you and the third party liable for our placement fee.
Signing this agreement does not obligate you to use us or interview our candidates, nor does it indicate any employment contract with a candidate. It does indicate that we are in mutual agreement as to our compensation if a placement does occur.
Fees are payable by you only if a person is actually hired as a result of our referral. We offer three options for you to choose from.
Payment for our services is due on the start date of employment , and provided payment is made on time, we unconditionally guarantee our placement fee for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of employment. If the candidate leaves or is discharged for any reason during that 90 day period, we will make every effort to replace the candidate at no charge to you. If a satisfactory replacement cannot be found, we will issue a letter of credit for the full amount of the fee, applicable to any future placement made for you.

Qualifications and merit are the only factors considered in our screening and referral processes.

- Our standard fee is 30% of the starting salary, excluding discretionary and sign up bonuses.
- We offer a 5% discount (25% of the starting salary) to our clients who pay a $1,000 up front retainer.
- We offer a 10% discount (20% of the starting salary) to our clients who pay a $2,000 up front retainer.
